Thank you for participating in the Wings Over BIG GAME Preorder Giveaway! By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

The Wings Over Big Game Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Wings Over are not eligible to participate. This Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must place a preorder for February 9, 2025, from Wings Over. Each qualifying preorder will automatically grant the customer one (1) entry into the Giveaway. One entry max per customer.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM on January 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM on February 8, 2025 (“Giveaway Period”). All preorders must be placed during this period to be eligible for entry. Preorders placed for the Big Game on February 9, 2025, will automatically be entered into the Giveaway.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $100 Wings Over Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in accordance with the terms provided by Wings Over.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will take place after the end of the Giveaway Period.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via [email or phone] after the Big Game on 2/9/25. If the winner does not respond within [3 days] of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

7. Prize Claim

The winner must claim the prize after 2/9/25. If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited.

8. General Conditions

• By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and/or voice for promotional purposes without compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Wings Over reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if any technical failures, fraud, or other issues occur that compromise the integrity of the Giveaway.

• By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wings Over, its affiliates, and its employees from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

9. Limitation of Liability

Wings Over is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered entries, or for any technical issues that may prevent entry or receipt of the prize. In no event shall Wings Over be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Giveaway.

10. Privacy

By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and notifying the winner. This information will be handled in accordance with Wings Over’s privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of Las Vegas, Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By entering, participants consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nevada United States of America.

12. No Affiliation

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platforms or other third parties. By entering, participants release all such parties from any liability related to the Giveaway.

13. Miscellaneous

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
