Mitch’s Wings Over story began in 2003 when he answered a newspaper ad. Yes, a newspaper ad! From the moment he tried the food, he knew Wings Over was something special. “From day one, it just hit differently, and I immediately felt compelled to tell everyone about it,” he recalls.
His very first delivery took him to Penny Lane in Ithaca, NY. “I’ll never forget that address as I got lost and had to refer to my physical map to locate the customer,” Mitch laughs. That experience was just the beginning of a long and rewarding career with Wings Over.

As Director of Operations, Mitch plays a crucial role in ensuring Wings Over continues to thrive. His responsibilities range from managing costs and maintaining quality to identifying opportunities for innovation. “Every day brings new challenges, but what keeps me excited is the potential for growth.
