That’s why it hit hard when our Madison location wasn’t living up to that standard. You told us the experience wasn’t what it should be. And you were right.
So we made a big decision. We temporarily closed Wings Over Madison to rebuild from the ground up. We retrained our team, reworked our operations, and got back to what made Wings Over special in the first place.
As our Director of Operations Mitch said:
“We know we haven’t kept our promise to you. So we made the tough decision to close the store for a few weeks so we can rebuild and retrain the entire team. Because you’re worth it.”
This wasn’t just a reset. It was a recommitment.
We’re proud to say that Wings Over Madison is reopening today, Monday, June 24 and we’re ready to bring you the bold flavors, crispy boneless and bone- in wings, tenders, and fast, friendly service you deserve.
We’ve gone back to our roots. That means juicier, hand-breaded chicken, signature sauces and dry rubs you can only get at Wings Over, and the kind of experience that made you fall in love with us in the first place.
