It’s a big day for Pittsburgh wing lovers! Wings Over is officially opening our second Pittsburgh location at 4905 Penn Ave. We couldn’t be more excited to bring our crave-worthy wings, tenders, and famous sauces to another incredible neighborhood in the city.
This expansion comes less than a year after we opened our first Pittsburgh location on East Carson Street, and we’ve been blown away by the support since day one. Now, we’re ready to serve even more of the city with the same bold flavor and energy that Wings Over is known for.

When we opened our Carson Street location, we knew Pittsburgh would show up — and you absolutely did. From day one, you’ve kept us busy, hungry, and inspired. Your passion for great food and local flavor is what pushed us to find a second home in the city.
Our new Penn Ave location offers everything you’ve come to expect from Wings Over: hand-breaded tenders and cooked-to-order wings, tossed in your favorite sauces. From sweet and smoky to melt-your-face hot, we’ve got a flavor for every craving.
If you’re new to Wings Over, this is your chance to experience the hype. If you’re already a regular from Carson Street, you’ll feel right at home on Penn Ave.
Opening Day Celebration
We’re not opening quietly — we’re making it a celebration! Today, January 29 from 3pm–7pm, stop by our new Penn Ave location to celebrate opening day with us. We’ll have free food, Wings Over swag, coffee, plenty of heaters and hand warmers to keep things cozy, and of course, lots of chicken.
