Core Responsibility Overview

  • Social Media Management
  • Online content creation for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat
  • Manage Corporate and local restaurant channels
  • Create training documents and guidelines for social media posts 
  • Manage customer questions or comments via social media 
  • Assist franchisees with social media guidelines and content 
  • Monitor and audit franchisee social media sites 
  • Reporting: dashboard, monthly, & quarterly updates
  • Help with monthly, quarterly, and annual franchisee letters 
  • Regular catch-ups to discuss how things are going and make sure there is constant alignment

The plan for the next 12 months will help us fill important needs for the company.

The first 6 months will be filled by an immersive experience in everything related to Wings Over. You will understand what our goals are, what it’s like to work in an office environment, and understand what our current limitations are.

The following 6 months will be where you master your role and help develop the future of the company.

After 12 months, we will have an evaluation to determine the future. For example, if this position is the best fit you, a promotion is in line, or a lateral move to a different part of the company is best.
