WHO CAN HOST A FUNDRAISER?

We can support any nonprofit organizations with a valid tax ID number (501c3). Some examples of groups we can support are: 

  • School organizations or clubs 
  • Sports teams 
  • Youth Community Groups 
  • Nonprofit organizations
  • Booster or Parent Teacher Groups 
  • Libraries
  • Gardens, food and sustainable agriculture groups

Wings Over will not allow a fundraiser with an organization that discriminates against a person or group based on age, race, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion.

We will not provide charitable support for organizations in the following categories:

Individuals (scholarships, stipends, fellowships, personal assistance); For-profit ventures; Religious groups for religious purposes; Capital campaigns, endowment funds or memorials; Lobbying, political or fraternal activities; Individual study, research or travel grants.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You will be given a promo code specific to your fundraiser that will be valid on your approved fundraiser date. All online/app orders that use your specific promo code on your designated day will be included to determine the amount raised for your organization!

HOW MUCH CAN I EARN FOR MY ORGANIZATION?

Your group will earn 10% of the total sales that you bring in on your fundraiser date.

That means that any food or beverages bought with your given promo code on your date for pickup or delivery will be counted towards your earnings.

HOW DO I APPLY AND WHAT DO I NEED TO APPLY?

If you are a part of a nonprofit organization, you can apply for your group to host a fundraiser day with us with this application.

You must apply at least two weeks in advance of your desired date.

Once you submit the form, we will reach out to you with your approved date, marketing materials, and the designated promo code your group will use on your day.

You’ll need your group’s tax ID number, contact information for your group, and the address and information to send the check after the fundraiser.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO APPLY FOR A FUNDRAISER?

Fundraiser application forms must be submitted two weeks prior to the requested fundraiser date. This will allow for at least two weeks to get the word out to as many people as you can!

WHAT KIND OF ORDERS COUNT TOWARDS A FUNDRAISER?

Any delivery, pickup, or dine-in order placed at Order.WingsOver.com using your organization’s designated promo code will count towards your 10% back.

Orders placed with third-party delivery companies such as UberEats or DoorDash do not qualify.

HOW CAN I SPREAD THE WORD?

We want your event to be as successful as possible!

We will provide creative assets that you can email, post on social media, or print out and give to your group and its supporters.

We just ask that you do not stand in front of the restaurant during the event to promote your event.

HOW AND WHEN WILL I RECEIVE OUR FUNDS?

Checks will be mailed out within 4-6 weeks of your fundraiser date.
